关于"is"后紧跟动词用法的困惑

what i do in this period is keep in touch with you ...

what you do is send it directly to me in my department ...

这两句话中都出现了"is"后紧跟动词:keep send
这是种什么用法 感觉很奇怪
是雅思剑5听力中的原话 不会有错的

这两句没有错,都是主---系---表的结构:

1)what I do 是主语从句(作句子的主语), is 是谓语,
keep in touch with me 是不定式短语作表语(现在流行不定式作表语时前面不加 to);

2)what you do 主语(也是主语从句)
is 谓语
send it...(也是不定式作表语)

似乎是改错题，呵呵。
1. What I do in this period is to keep in touch with you。
2. What you do is to send it directly to me in my department.

我觉得这两个句子都有语病，keep应该为keeping，send应该为sending. 这两个句子都是what引导的主语从句，

这两句的主语都是what sb do,是“谁所做的事”，is是谓语，后面的是省略to的不定式,做真正的宾语，既what的内容
